Our Current Vaccine Policy Is As Follows...

A current rabies vaccine is required for all guests from four months of age and up; either yearly or every three years as required by their licensed veterinarian.

A distemper combo is required yearly for all guests under five years of age. After five years of age and regular yearly distemper vaccinations, the distemper vaccine is then required every three years. We do not currently require a distemper vaccine for guests over 10 years of age and who have been vaccinated regularly throughout their life.

A bordetella vaccine is required EVERY six months for all ages of all of our guests boarding with us. This is required even if their veterinarian listed it as an "annual" vaccine. If the pet's owner speaks with their veterinarian and lets them know their dog will be boarding or is being groomed, the veterinarian will inform the owner that the bordetella vaccine is required every six months then.

As an added bonus for our guests owner's, if the owner is unable to visit their veterinarian for the distemper combo or bordetella vaccines prior to their pet's stay with us, we can administer these vaccines. The distemper combo vaccine is $22 and the bordetella vaccine is $15 and is administered nasally. If a pet is allergic to either of these vaccines, a letter from their veterinarian stating this will be accepted and the owner will sign a release at the time of check in. We support our troops in every aspect, as we are an active duty family ourselves. We offer 10% military discounts on short term boarding up to 30 days. After 31 days, our long term rates are so competitive for ANYONE needing it, we think the low rate speaks for itself.

Rates for a single guest or the first guest of a family group boarding together are $20 per day up to 14 days, $17 per day 15-30 days, and $15 per day over 31 days. Boarding buddies (additional guests sharing a suite from the same household family) are $17 per day up to 14 days, $15 per day 15-30 days, and $13 per day over 31 days.

Healthy Assurance Plan

We take great measures to assure that our guests have a healthy stay here at Dog E Dog World.

To show our clients we take this seriously, we provide a "Healthy Assurance Plan". This plan is required for each guest staying with us for each stay. The cost is $5 per guest, per stay. In return, if your pet becomes ill or injured while boarding with us and up to five days after boarding with us, we will pay up to $500 of your pet's medical bill for any kennel related illness.

EXCLUSIONS: Genetic complications, illness related to pre-existing conditions, injuries caused by two guests boarding together at owner's request, guests over 10 years old for age related illnesses, and intestinal parasites.

We Are A Flea Free Facility...

Please be advised that if at any time we see your pet scratching, they will be searched for fleas. Unfortunately due to the relatively warm winters in the south, it does not stay cold long enough during the winter here to completely kill off the flea population. Since fleas are free roaming, if your pet is found to have fleas while boarding, he/she will be treated with Capstar at the cost to the owner and will be added onto their stay. This is done for the health & comfort of your pet(s) and other guests boarding too.

Professional Grooming Available...

This is Toto (a Yorkshire Terrier) before and after his grooming. He's such a joy to work with, gets along with every dog, and really loves boarding here.

We offer breed specific groomings and also cater to the "Heinz-57" breeds. Full groomings start at $45 for small guests and up. "Spring Blowouts" start at $35 depending on the size & breed. There is an additional $30 per hour for dematting services.

We take pride in our grooming services, so be rest assured that we work hard to put your pet's comfort first. We offer spa packages and deep massaging baths. We do ask for you to be honest with us if you have reason to believe your pet would try to bite or has been known to bite during their grooming experience. Remember to book early for holiday groomings and during the summer.

We will do our best to offer playtime for your pet while he/she is staying with us; however, please understand our judgement if we do not feel comfortable allowing your pet or someone else's pet(s) to play with your pet. This Cairn Terrier is one of several dogs that I've had the experience to groom here at Nash Grooming Academy. I'm grooming daily and loving the hands on experience I'm acquiring and cannot wait to bring this added bonus to our facility in the spring.

We are an "all inclusive" pet resort at a great value, with no hidden charges. The rates listed below include at least 6 guaranteed scheduled potty breaks throughout the day starting 7:30 am and ending 9:30 pm, owner requested playtime with other well-known guests, owner requested walks in the country, loving attention, the use of our own food (Pedigree Chicken, Rice & Vegetables), and a complimentary bath the day of check out. Guests requiring medications may have an additional charge of $1.50 per administering, depending on the level of difficulty with the guest.

Our hours are Mon-Fri 8:30-11 am & 4-6 pm, Sat 9-11 am ONLY, and Sun 10-11 am & 4-6 pm, all by reservations only please! We are closed to the public for major holidays (New Years Day, Easter Sunday, 4th of July, Thanksgiving day, Christmas Eve & Christmas day).

Started online classes to become a licensed groomer next March. I will travel to Kentucky in January for the nine weeks for handson classes and graduate in March. Please be assured that all will be taken care of while I am gone and your furry family members will still be in good hands.

A long view of our suites on one side of our climate controlled facility. Each suite has heating and air conditioning, bedding and a pet door leading to their own covered outside run. Each large run has indoor/outdoor accommodations via doggie door. Outside runs measure 4x8 and are escape proof and provide plenty of shade.

Bailees & Kreem checking out the new facility when it opened in October 2006. They were the first "long timers" to enjoy our new facility. We started boarding with six kennels in our garage and a year later we built the new facility next door to our house on our own.

Featured here are the indoor suites that measure 4x6 and are climate controlled with outside access to a 4x8 outside run. These suites can accommodate two large guests from the same family comfortably.

Bailees & Kreem...one of our first long time boarders. They stayed with us for a year while their owner was deployed to Iraq and then became frequent guests thereafter.

We have been boarding dogs from our home and the new kennel for three years now. The new facility was built two years ago this month (October) and our clientele as grown to almost 300 clients over the last three years. We specialize fresh baked treats and long term boarding with great rates and playtime.
